Posture Tai-Chi Chuan (Sishibashi Taijiquan)
The 48 Posture Tai-Chi Form,
which
incorporates many
postures predominantly from the Chen Style of Tai-Chi Chuan, and is
divided into six sections for convenience and ease of learning. The following is
the names of the postures in English and in Chinese.
