Posture Tai-Chi Chuan (Erishisishi Taijiquan)
There are actually 36 postures in the 24 Posture Form, but if we ignore
repetitions, there are 24 different ones. This form is predominately Yang Style
in content. The following is the names of the postures in English and in
Chinese.
